As part of the Service team, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ‘first class service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.
Due to the nature of the role, previous experience of scheduling of some type is highly advantageous. There are plenty of progression opportunities for the successful individual.
You will be heavily invested in and training and on-going support will be provided for the successful individual.
This is an office based role. The working hours/days are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with a full list of benefits provided at telephone interview stage.
Job specification
- Logging and processing calls in a timely manner.
- Planning and coordinating field service engineer activities.
- Responding to all customer interactions and managing customer data.
- Generating customer quotations
- Proactively driving the growth of maintenance plans
- Proactive planning and organizing post sales activities
- Organizing engineers to maximize productivity
- Spares support – taking spares orders request from customers and engineers.
- Placing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels
Personal specification
- Customer focus with excellent customer service experience.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Be a confident problem solver.
- Multitask.
- Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Organized with a good attention to detail.
- Team Player.
