Print Production Operator
Location: Milton Keynes
Reports to: Factory Operations Manager
Salary: £38,000.00 – £40,000.00
Role Overview:
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Print Production Operator at our Labels production site in Milton Keynes!
In this hands-on position, you will operate advanced printing machinery to produce top-quality printed materials, ensuring customer satisfaction. Label printing experience is essential, with a preference for flexo-label printing. We also welcome applicants with lithography or other flexographic printing experience, particularly within the food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up printing presses, mix inks, and colour match
- Flag defective material and identify potential issues
- Monitor and adjust print quality to ensure top-tier results
- Inspect reel end samples and maintain accurate data recording
- Follow work instructions and customer specifications to meet performance standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment in line with safety and quality standards
- Actively participate in projects to improve the press and company environment
- Ensure compliance with safety, waste, productivity, and environmental standards
- Complete documentation for traceability and BRC
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Printing experience with labels and Colour printing
- Proactive with a flexible and enthusiastic approach
- Ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.
- Manufacturing background is an advantage, ideally with flexographic experience
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with operating to key performance indicators
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (5 people)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence while also being a strong team player. They should be curious and proactive in gaining a deeper understanding of the business.

- Shift: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
