As a key member of the Labels Department, the Labels Coordinator plays a crucial role in processing and delivering finished products to customers. You will collaborate directly with market organisations, various departments across the UK and Europe, and customers to ensure the necessary resources and support are available to meet project timelines effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders for labels and consumables originating from customers or sales staff.
- Monitor open orders and keep all relevant parties updated on expected delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team, department colleagues, and labels factory to provide a seamless experience for customers.
- Provide all necessary documentation to both internal teams and customers.
- Manage customer expectations related to pricing and delivery.
- Oversee the customer feedback and complaints process.
- Handle invoicing and collection of payments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Issue Production Purchase Orders.
- Manage Purchase Orders to suppliers within operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the Production Plan.
- Provide administrative support to the Labels teams.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your line manager.
