Key Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of:
- Mechanical and electronic petrol forecourt equipment (fuel pumps, POS, tank gauges, DCDs, etc.).
- EPOS systems, peripherals, back-office PCs, servers, routers, and network equipment.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance programs.
- Assess and report accidental damage for costing purposes.
- Commission new and refurbished sites.
- Manage van stock inventory.
- Verify and calibrate new and refurbished fuel dispensers (subject to certification).
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring consistent and professional attendance and punctuality.
Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise: EPOS or IT skills with experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Able to interact effectively with customers on-site.
- Team Player: Works well with others to achieve common goals.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates a can-do approach and thrives under pressure.
- Organisational Skills: Methodical and organised in task management.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel as required and adapt to changing schedules.

Additional Information:
